The Cava 2020 Conde de Haro (which eventually will be moved to the Rioja appellation) was produced with a blend of Viura and 30% Chardonnay. It was refermented in bottle and kept with lees for no less than 24 months. It's bone dry, has abundant bubbles, toasty and yeasty aromas and flavors and a dry finish. 45,000 bottles produced. It was put in bottle in March 2021 and disgorged in June 2023. Luis Gutiérrez, Robert Parker Wine Advocate
