Formerly known as La Demoiselle, the 2022 JS-150 is restrained aromatically, offering breadth on the palate. It's ripe with a touch of alcohol warmth on the finish (14%) but retains fresh suppleness. It needs time as it's firm and brawny at the moment. Aged in 80% stainless steel and 20% in barrel. Bottled after 18 months. Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous
