Distilled exclusively from German Riesling using a unique vacuum distillation column still, this sublimely smooth, pale golden elixir encapsulates the essence of this noble grape variety, seducing the senses with aromas of honeysuckle, lemon zest and minerals, accompanied by flavours of peach, apricot, pear, passionfruit, hints of quince and a touch of salinity. It is aged in large oak barrels for at least 6 years before the final blend is masterfully crafted by the founders, creating our signature taste: a brandy we code-named FIVE X.P.
