Delivery: Spend a minimum of $250 to enjoy complimentary local delivery to one location. Otherwise, a standard delivery fee of $15 per location will apply. Delivery will be completed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Collection: Self-collection is strictly by appointment only and subject to our availability from Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm, excluding Public Holidays and the eves of New Year, Lunar New Year, and Christmas. A minimum of one (1) business day’s advance notice is required for all self-collection requests, with a cut-off time of 4:00pm for next business day collection.

Remarks: Please note that certain items may require a longer lead time for delivery or collection, which may exceed 3 business days.
