The 2021 Pinot Noir Block 3 is an almost floaty, light red despite its evident
density. There's attractive tannic sinew that seems to just hold the wine, as
if providing a protective film. I love this or not trying too hard and sliding
along. The lengthy finish offers cherry, tea leaf and spice on the persistent
