The 2021 Lenswood Pinot Noir leads with coffee grounds and strawberry top, goji berries and Pink Lady apples. The wine sits lightly in the mouth, with star anise, fennel, pomegranate molasses and green olive brine. The tannins through the finish leave a minty, pithy sort of character in the mouth.
